ABOUT ME:

My speed and strength on the pitch are skills matched by my work ethic, sportsmanship, and positive attitude. I’m a very versatile player who can play off both feet and easily transition between a centre back to a midfield position. Coaches would describe me as an extremely athletic, strong and coachable team player with vision and depth on the field. I am a playmaker and unselfish player who understands that everyone wins when each player on the team plays well together. I was an impact player in the Ontario provincial soccer league championship when our U15 team won the second-place medal for Ontario Cup. In 2017 and 2019 I was invited to go to the Whitecaps girls Elite Super Rex (national team) identification camp. For the last two years, I was chosen to be part of the provincial program Identification process.

Although my primary sport and commitment is to soccer, I consider myself to be a multi-sport athlete. I am a team member of the Lucas basketball team. I helped lead the team to win our district division. I am able to use training from both soccer and basketball to improve my skill and speed as well my endurance as an athlete. My speed and strength on the pitch are skills matched by my work ethic, sportsmanship, and positive attitude. Academically, I have received many recognitions and awards. I have received an award for highest achievement in science. I hold academic excellence awards in 2019 and 2020. I also received female athlete of the year in 2018 and served on student council in 2018. In high-school, I also received honour roll distinctions and volunteer awards. I am enrolled in a specialized Program in my high school, the “Viking Shield Sports Program.” This program provides a focused pathway in education through sport to support my future aspirations. I am volunteer as a coach with the London Whitecaps Future Caps program where I share my leadership and love of the game with a next generation of young players.
