“My name is Haley Ament and I am from Massachusetts. I go to Brookline High School, a public high school with around 2200 students. I play for my high school and I have been a varsity starter since my Freshman year. I play center and outside back in club, and for high school I play wing and wingback.

I really value academics and I am planning to study math, biology or chemistry in college. My favorite high school class was my chemistry class. I enjoyed it because it was challenging and the material was interesting.

I have two siblings. My older sister, Riley, is a freshman at Harvard. My younger brother, Jasper, is in eight grade. I have a large extended family in the Boston area and I love to spend time with them. I love spending time with to my friends as well as traveling with my family. Both of my parents were college athletes so my family vacations are very active. One of my favorite trips we took as a family was to summit the Grand Teton in Wyoming.

I am looking for a college that combines excellent academics with high level soccer. I am dedicated to continuing to improve as a player and teammate throughout college.”
